About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Customer Services team as an Assistant Team Leader.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and committed to motivating the CS team at our Blanchardstown CDC to achieve service excellence.
* Manage daily duties associated with the Customer Service Co-Ordinator role.
* Efficiently manage the daily workload across the team, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Oversee all service tickets created by the team on Service Now and liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
* Effectively manage and support the team to achieve telephony service levels and key performance indicators.
* Provide coaching and deliver training for the team with the support of your Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build effective relationships with key points of contact across the business.
* Arrange staff scheduling and act as first point of contact for staffing issues.
* Implement company policies, including sick leave policy.
* Act as first escalation point for unresolved issues logged through the team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of one year's people management experience or demonstrated willingness to take on additional responsibility.
* Extensive customer care experience, with broad experience of working with customers and understanding their needs.
* Experience and knowledge of the Musgrave Marketplace Food Service and Retail business.
Desirable Qualifications:
* People management experience.
* An understanding of Service Now and its use in managing service issues across the business.
* Educated to Third Level.
