About The Role & Team
As a Senior Specialist - Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of project initiatives, working closely with engineering, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Your role will involve leading project execution, ensuring technical feasibility, removing roadblocks, and aligning delivery with business objectives.
What You’ll Do
1. Coordinate and collaborate with Project Management teams and stakeholders to facilitate end-to-end Project delivery.
2. Coordinate with engineering, scrum masters, and stakeholders to define delivery scope and outcomes.
3. Ensure projects are aligned with timeline feasibility, business goals, and customer needs.
4. Implement and optimize Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks for efficient execution.
5. Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks throughout the delivery lifecycle using feedback loops.
6. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
7. Track and report project progress using tools like Azure DevOps, or similar.
8. Drive continuous improvement, optimizing processes for better efficiency and quality.
9. Contribute to solution design proposals and bids through evaluation and validation of technical designs, BOMs, RFP and costs.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
1. 2-3 years’ experience working with engineering teams and stakeholders
2. Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
3. Knowledge of different Cloud Technologies both public and private
4. Ability to manage projects, balancing scope, timeline, and risks.
5. Problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
6. Proficiency in backlog management tools like Azure DevOps or similar.
7. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
NICE-TO-HAVE
1. Knowledge of specific industry-related technology
2. Certification in relevant technical areas (e.g., ITIL, PMP, etc.) is advantageous.
