Job Title: Counter Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage operations at the counter location.
* Lead and motivate a team of over 15 staff members including HR and all admin.
* Implement strategies to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
* Stock and inventory management.
* Maintain visual merchandising standards to the highest level.
* Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management role, preferably within the retail sector.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
