Job Title: National Account Manager – Ireland
About the Role:
Our client, a leading innovator in consumer technology, is seeking a driven and energetic National Account Manager – Ireland to join their high-performing team. Reporting to the Sales Leader for Mobility, this pivotal role involves managing and developing key accounts in Ireland, driving sales growth, and ensuring the success of our client’s innovative product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts across Ireland.
2. Strategically manage customer portfolios to maximize sales opportunities.
3. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for Mobility product categories, including Charging, Headphones, Bluetooth Speakers, and Smart Projection devices.
4. Work closely with retail and online account management teams to determine the best market strategies through key accounts.
5. Build and maintain strong internal relationships with departments such as Marketing, GTM Management, Sales Administration, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit Control, and Finance.
Data Management and Forecasting:
1. Secure accurate sell-out, sell-through, and stock data to ensure precise forecasting.
2. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts, preparing gap closure plans against budgets as needed.
Order and Stock Management:
1. Take responsibility for managing the order book at the sell-in level, aligning with planned promotional and marketing activities.
2. Ensure accurate order placements, including carton quantities and pricing.
Reporting:
1. Submit all required written reports by specified deadlines.
2. Maintain comprehensive customer records, including account contacts, product listings, and pricing updates.
Product Knowledge:
1. Ensure all account staff have thorough product knowledge to effectively promote the product line-up.
Skills and Experience:
1. Previous sales experience managing CE accounts, ideally with established relationships in the Irish market.
2. Familiarity with the audio, visual, and charging accessories market is highly advantageous.
Business Acumen:
1. Strong understanding of strategic account management and the ability to contribute to long-term business goals.
Communication and Collaboration:
1. Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
2. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
