About Your New Job
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the construction and mechanical/electrical installation of renewable energy systems, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
1. Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, and maintain detailed safety and quality documentation.
2. Engage in stakeholder communication, liaising with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
What Skills You Need
To be successful in this role, you will require:
1. Extensive experience in site management, particularly in renewable energy or construction, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
2. The following certifications: Safe Pass, Manual Handling, with preferences for MEWP, First Aid, and Working at Height certificates.
3. Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, with a strong focus on safety and compliance in a site management context.
