Site Administrator (Residential) Dublin 15/ Blanchardstown €45-55k Required for leading residential developer who are currently undertaking a 10-storey apartment project in Dublin 15 where enabling works have just commenced.
The Site Administrator will form an integral member of the site management team, with responsibility for supporting the team across a range of administrative and project management duties, whilst fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key responsibilities • Supporting the Senior Project Manager and Site Manager with the general management of the project, on activity such as meetings administration, progress reports, and staff rostering • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors to the site and responding to enquiries on behalf of the Senior Project Manager • Working with Suppliers on the ordering of materials and hire of plant and equipment, reconciling delivering dockets with Order Records and Invoices • Assisting the Logistics foreman in the scheduling and coordination of material deliveries • Maintaining registers of plant and equipment on site and related certifications • Maintain registers of onsite materials testing, liaising with the testing labs as required • Managing the Common Data Environment to ensure efficient Document Control • Developing project document templates (i.e:permit forms, checklists etc) as may be required • Assisting in the tracking of RFI / Submittals documentation workflow, including running dashboard reports • Assisting the Safety Officer with Site Inductions, as may be required from time to time, tracking personnel training records and overseeing the Site Access Control System • Ensuring an adequate supply of PPE, stationary and other sundries necessary to support the site management team • Supporting the Project Handover process including the preparation of handover documentation, key registers and BCAR completion documentation To register your interest please forward your CV to (url removed) or call (phone number removed) to discuss in confidence
