What will you do?
1. Manage, coach and mentor a team of business development reps to a set of targets and KPIs aligned to the expectations of ActiveCampaign.
2. Maintain a hands-on approach while adjusting to client demands and strategies.
3. Gather a strong understanding of ActiveCampaign's offerings to enable the team to effectively identifyprospects, and qualify opportunity.
4. Continuously increase the effectiveness of the team, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes.
5. Create a culture of focus, teamwork, and outstanding performance.
6. Adhere to team goals as agreed by the client.
7. Ownership of day-to-day operations in partnership with client stakeholders.
8. Take responsibility for performance, discipline, employee attendance, performance evaluations, and associated management functions.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
9. 2+ years of experience in managing or coaching a team across the tech sector.
10. Fluency in German (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
11. Personal experience developing qualified opportunity through self-generated pipeline.
12. Demonstrated success in a high-energy environment andan ability to be proactive in solving problems in and outside of your area.
13. Excellent presentation and listening skills.
14. Clear and thoughtful communicator with exceptional critical thinking skills.
15. Excellent verbal, digital and written communication skills.
16. Ability to contribute to building new processes and systems.
17. Proven ability to streamline and develop workflows to increase the team’s effectiveness.
18. Strongly customer oriented with the ability to motivate others and drive standards of excellence.
19. Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment.
20. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant computer software and hardware.
21. Familiar with Salesforce and are comfortable making data-driven decisions.

The basic salary range is between €50,000 to €60,000 per annum with an additional variable bonus component of €12,000. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
