Clerical Officer
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Officer to join our busy department in Dublin 15. This is an immediate start opportunity.
The Role:
* Perform general administrative duties, including correspondence, post, typing, dictaphone typing, faxing, photocopying, and filing.
* Manage meeting schedules, take minutes, and log all enquiries and telephone calls, prioritizing and dealing with queries while keeping supervisors informed.
* Assist in drafting and issuing letters, memos, and general information to internal customers, clients, and the public.
* Promote and maintain accurate databases and records.
* Collaborate with various departments to deliver planned services and achieve optimal service levels.
* Demonstrate a clear understanding of departmental impact on service users.
* Liaise with colleagues to ensure combined efforts result in exceptional services.
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and interacting with service users.
* Support office setup and maintenance.
