Your Role:
* Manage and expand a well-organised, medium-sized property portfolio.
* Responsible for portfolio growth and retention.
* Conduct property viewings and inspections and oversee maintenance needs.
* Deliver exceptional service and maintain regular communication with clients.
* Achieve team KPIs and ensure unparalleled service to landlords and tenants.
Who You Are:
* Experience in NZ Property Management is essential. This role could be suitable for someone with entry-level exposure or a Property Management Assistant looking to manage their own portfolio.
* Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Independent, with strong problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with Palace, Renti and Tapi software is advantageous but not essential.
* As this role is based on the West Coast, you are a confident individual with a strong personality, capable of working independently while maintaining a proactive approach to achieving goals.
* A collaborative team member with a positive and vibrant manner with enthusiasm and drive.
* Eager to learn and be part of a fun and rewarding team environment.
* Capable of quickly adapting, making rapid decisions, and hitting the ground running.
* Be able to travel across the West Coast (Westport / Greymouth / Hokitika) and Nelson on occasion for training or fun team building activities and celebrations.
