ReproMed Galway is seeking a Gametes Donation Coordinator to join our dedicated and dynamic team.
About the Role:As the Gametes Donation Coordinator, you'll be the key point of contact for patients and international partners, supporting individuals on their gamete donation journey.
You'll manage appointments, coordinate with overseas clinics, handle data and documentation, and play a vital part in delivering quality patient care.
Communicate with patients via phone, email, online portals, and postCoordinate and manage patient appointments and queriesLiaise with overseas clinics to ensure seamless careOrganise and track gamete shipments with our lab teamHandle data entry and compile quarterly reports for the Department of HealthGeneral administrative tasks including invoicing, diary management, and filingCollaborate with internal teams including lab, nursing, and medical staffHosting patient information evenings and events.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For:Strong admin background with excellent organisational skillsAbility to work independently with initiativeComfortable with data entry and ExcelExperience in healthcare or clinical environments is a plusExcellent communication skills – both written and verbalFamiliarity with Q-Pulse or similar data systems (a bonus!
