An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HRIS Analyst to join a vibrant and forward-thinking team within a leading Dublin-based company. This is a hybrid role (2 days on site) that offers the chance to take ownership of all HR systems, ensuring data integrity and operational management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team with reporting and data analysis. Key Responsibilities include: - Manage the integrity of the data in the HR systems (People XD & Cornerstone) and all related processes. - Handle HR system renewals, upgrades, integration projects, and implementation of new systems as required. - Develop and maintain excellent vendor relationships to ensure system value. - Coordinate the system management aspect of the annual performance review cycle and promotion processes. - Deliver training, support, and guidance to the HR team and broader user base. - Monitor data quality, including consistency of data capture and regular audits. - Collaborate with colleagues in Finance and IT for data required for internal projects. Key Skills and Requirements for the role: - Proven experience as a HR systems analyst. - 4-5 years experience working in HR - Effective team collaboration and excellent communication skills. - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills. - Expert level Excel skills.
