The successful candidate will support our extensive client base across technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and public sectors. Based predominantly in the mid-west, the BMS engineer will complete planned and reactive maintenance visits, as well as supporting our project team with commissioning new installations and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
1. Liaising with account & contract/project managers to understand the contract requirement.
2. Ensure a professional approach is delivered to the Client.
3. Support and work as part of the commissioning team.
4. Conduct standard planned maintenance visits.
5. Complete reactive callouts and repairs.
6. Maintain detailed records of maintenance carried out to include parts & system upgrades.
7. Demonstrate to the Client the basic operation of systems on their site.
8. Decommission any faulty equipment that cannot be repaired.
Experience & Qualifications
1. 3 years' experience in a BMS or comparable automation role.
2. Demonstrable experience working in a FM / Maintenance environment.
3. Recognised electrical, maintenance, or automation qualification.
4. Certified in at least one Cylon, Trend, or Tridium systems.
