Customer Service Team Lead
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Specialist with people management experience.
We are based in Dublin City Centre and require the selected candidate to work 40 hours across 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the team.
* Prepare and monitor performance reports and track activity.
* Solve problems and implement new changes to ensure top performance.
* Conduct deep dives into business trends and customer service metrics.
* Evaluate procedures continuously and implement new processes where needed.
* Proactively seek solutions to upcoming market challenges.
* Identify training needs and take action in a timely manner.
* Deliver monthly team meetings to discuss upcoming plans and team performance.
* Hold monthly one-to-one meetings with team members.
* Delegate tasks and provide solutions to enable the team to work to the best of their abilities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in customer service is essential, with experience leading a team preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive and confident problem solver.
* Highly IT literate, with prior experience using a CRM system.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to motivate and lead a team.
* A second language in addition to English would be advantageous, particularly Czech/Slovak, Hungarian, Bulgarian or German.
