Opportunity to join Global Healthcare Organization as EMEA Supply Chain Director. Permanent contract. Hybrid role, 2-3 days onsite per week in Athlone.
Key Responsibilities of EMEA Supply Chain Director:
1. Collaborate with Global/EMEA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Logistics leads to develop customer value strategies.
2. Partner with Area Leaders to define customer delivery and inventory/cost expectations.
3. Represent Supply Chain in Portfolio and NPI strategy decisions.
4. Support and execute global fulfillment and Supply Chain Architecture strategies.
5. Ensure consistent Sales & Operations Execution and global standard work application.
6. Implement level loading strategies and manage Phase-in/Phase-out and supply changes.
7. Oversee global product availability and backorder management.
8. Support Integrated Business Planning and best practice replication.
9. Manage talent for the EMEA Supply Chain Planning Organization, including hiring, developing, and assigning roles.
10. Represent Supply Chain Planning on the Global Operations & Supply Chain EMEA Leadership Team.
Ideal Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
2. Minimum 8 to 10 years of Supply Chain or Manufacturing Experience, Medical device, Pharma or Healthcare.
3. E2E Supply Chain process knowledge.
4. Business and Financials Acumen / Knowledge.
5. APICS Certification.
6. Lean Six Sigma experience.
7. Ability to operate at Strategic and Operational levels.
