IT Business Analyst

You will be the bridge between clients and a talented IT solutions team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements for IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.
* Gather and document detailed business requirements for IT solutions.
* Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit requirements.
* Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
* Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and propose IT solutions.
* Manage and prioritize the product backlog and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Develop use cases, user stories, and process flows to support solution development.
* Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in business processes.
* Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
* Provide expertise and guidance on best practices in business analysis and requirements gathering.
* Support project managers in defining project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
* Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet client expectations.
* Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure successful solution adoption.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing role.
* Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
* Strong understanding of IT solutions and their application in business contexts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Experience with requirements management tools and methodologies.
* Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in business analysis.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
