The Job: Facilities Assistant
Job Summary
In this role, you will assist in the management of facilities at our client site. This includes ensuring the upkeep and appearance of each site meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage facilities function, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Respond to soft service calls, resolving issues promptly with a professional demeanor
* Set up meeting rooms according to client requests, ensuring necessary equipment is available
* Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents
* Maintain accurate reporting through monthly timesheets and operational reports
Requirements
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Previous customer service experience with a professional approach
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fluency in English
* Flexibility to work weekends and after hours as needed
