Your new role: The Customer Support Representative will advocate for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service. Responsibilities include:
* Coordinate and manage the sales order process: orders, acknowledgements, invoicing, credits, etc.
* Serve as the liaison between customers, the sales team, operations, quality, and technical: ensure accurate and timely information is shared.
* Collaborate with manufacturing to meet committed delivery dates.
* Address customer and sales team enquiries promptly.
* Oversee the contract review process for new products and customers.
* Provide timely support to the sales team.
What you'll need to succeed:
* 3rd Level Degree
* Experience in customer service within a manufacturing or technical environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Capable of developing and implementing strategic business plans based on core business factors.
