Job Overview
VANRATH is assisting a client in their search for an experienced Office & Services Coordinator. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of a community scheme, including overseeing rotas, organising events, maintaining facilities, and providing front-of-house support.
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with the Community Leader to oversee day-to-day operations.
* Manage and support staff across care, catering, cleaning, and maintenance services.
* Coordinate appointments and transport for community members, ensuring their needs are met.
* Oversee ordering and purchasing of household provisions, ensuring efficiency and quality.
* Maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations and best practices.
* Liaise with local organisations, including the HSC Trust, to access available services.
* Organise activities that promote independence, engagement, and well-being.
* Ensure the upkeep of the grounds, and vehicles, through arranging maintenance as required.
