The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects in the greater Dublin Area for a busy M&E Contractor.


Job Description

This is an experienced Contracts Manager role coming from another large M&E Contractor. Our client specialises in healthcare and commercial projects and require a Contracts Manager who has worked on either healthcare or commercial builds.


Duties:

* Full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple projects.
* Implement structures to monitor, review and control budgeted or agreed expenditure.
* Ensure accurate and timely production of commercial reports for upper management.
* Work closely with Directors and Site Managers to identify potential risks or issues and find appropriate resolutions.
* Issue monthly progress reports for Senior Management.


Requirements:

* An excellent understanding of Health & Safety Requirements: Degree qualified or a strong trade background.
* 4+ years experience working with M&E Contractors in Ireland or the UK.
* A proven track record of managing M&E projects.
* Strong IT Skills.
* Fluent English language skills and eligibility to work in Ireland.
