The role
BNRG is seeking a HR Business Partner to join our Dublin HQ on a permanent, full-time basis. You will play an important role in collaborating closely with leaders and teams across our global operations, driving effective talent strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and robust HR operations. You will ensure our people practices are closely aligned with BNRG's strategic business goals and comply fully with employment law and best practice standards.
Responsibilities
* Support the management team in identifying key talent needs, implementing retention strategies, and promoting a high-performance culture.
* Act as the primary HR point of contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies and resolving employee issues effectively.
* Provide advisory support to managers to help them lead engaged, productive, and high-performing teams.
* Actively drive employee engagement activities and support the implementation of employee well-being programmes and initiatives.
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are current, communicated effectively, and fully compliant with legislation.
* Oversee compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring alignment with market standards, internal equity and strategic goals.
* Actively contribute to and participate in group-wide HR projects.
* Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or closely related role.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Irish employment laws and contemporary HR best practices.
* Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Capability to work independently and collaboratively within hybrid working environments.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent priorities.
* Experience operating effectively within fast-paced, multinational work environments.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent accreditation preferred.
