ABOUT THE JOB:
Based in Head Office, the Retail Co-Ordinator is responsible for providing first class administrative support in order to ensure the smooth running of the department.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to take the next step in their retail career and gain exposure across all areas of the department.
This role is crucial to support the PMM to ensure all supplier and store queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
This role is incredibly fast paced and the ability to prioritise will be crucial.
This role is heavily administrative and support based, using systems such as excel and SAP daily to deliver exceptional levels of support.
You will be working with Global brands such as Samsung, Sony, LG and many more on a regular basis.

This is an on site role and the applicant must be available to attend work at the stated location.
YOUR JOB your tasks will include: Product Management, including price changes, competitor and market analysis.
Provide assistance with the overall day-to-day administrative operations of the Electrical Department Head Office team.
Data entry onto a number of internal company systems.
Handling external and internal communications.
Creating and managing claims sheets.
Working with SAP.
Running reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Uploading of product and working in cooperation with our Web team to ensure products are put on our website.
Internal invoice administration management.
Claim entry to system.
Assisting in the coordination of corporate events.
Ad hoc duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS &
EXPERIENCE:
High attention to detail essential Strong PC skills required particularly in Excel SAP experience is desirable but not essential, training will be provided.

Additional Information:
This is a permanent role subject to a six month probationary period.
We need employees to be flexible about when they work.
