As a Recruiting Coordinator at Amazon, you will be an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling interviews and phone screens
* Working directly with candidates and hiring managers
* Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
* Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in reports
* Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
* Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint
* Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent
* Degree or diploma in HR or any related field
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with technical tracking systems/softwares (like ATS)
