Ideal candidates will be ambitious professionals who are seeking to build their careers in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.What is your role and your responsibilities?Maintain responsibility for the day-to-day oversight for a number of Carne client funds, ensuring that all fund reporting is received and recorded on a timely basis and appropriate actions initiated as required.Support the preparation and delivery of requisite reporting to appropriate parties and fund regulators within prescribed deadlines.Establish and maintain excellent client and fund delegate relationships on behalf of Carne to ensure clear lines of communication.Work closely with Carne Relationship Managers in the production of exceptional and regular quarterly reporting for Fund Boards.Adapt to new tasks and processes ensuring that they are implemented and continuously performed to the required standards.Foster a positive team ethic and support the development and training of staff, when required.Provide regular feedback to the internal IT Development Team to ensure the ongoing evolution of Carne’s technology platform to meet the growing regulatory reporting requirements of our clients.What Competencies do you require?Good numeric, analytical and report writing skills with strong attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Willingness to take ownership of problems and initiative to resolve them.Ability to work either independently and/or as part of a team.Be client centric.Who is Carne Group?Carne Group has established itself in the funds industry with $2tn in AUM supported by 600+ staff and four regulated management companies.
