Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel is recruiting an Hotel Receptionist - Full Time Position to join our Front Office Team.
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
* Providing excellent service to guests at all times
* Adhering to company Brand Standards
* Ensuring smooth completion of Front Office operations
* Check-in and check-out of guests at Reception
* Dealing with guest queries
* Processing payment for guests' bills on check-out
* Organising check-in for large tours and groups with room allocations
* Taking reservation calls when required
Ideal Candidate
* An individual with a positive, professional and friendly manner who excels in customer care
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring attention to detail
* Organisational and Administrative Skills
* Strong IT Skills
* Experience with Hotsoft would be desirable
* Flexible - the candidate must be available to work shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holiday periods
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential, preferably in a 4* Hotel
