Role Title: EMEA Facilitator, Mastery Faculty
Office Location: Dublin Docklands
Working Hours: Normal business hours
Hybrid working Model: Tuesday-Thursday in office
Role Overview:
As a facilitator, you will lead audiences through a number of our client’s priority programs. Facilitation will be a mix of virtual and/or in-person sessions, depending on the program.
The majority of your role (~70%) will involve preparing for and delivering programs/workshops for our client’s Global Business Organization (GBO) audiences, including both managers and individual contributors. You will also collaborate with activation and content teams to enhance the learner experience and refine content for maximum impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of learning programs, preparing for facilitation and serving as an instructional resource and advocate.
* Contribute to talent, skills, and knowledge development, aligning learning programs with business goals.
* Teach and facilitate learning programs with minimal guidance, understanding learner needs to deliver effective training (e.g., immersive training, online sessions, case studies).

Responsibilities:
* Independently plan and execute prioritized project work for solutions delivery.
* Take initiative in developing goals with support from the manager.
* Identify and recommend creative ways to address solutions for learning delivery and skills development, leveraging existing tools, resources, and processes.
* Address escalated issues and triage when necessary.
* Communicate knowledge across teams related to a broad set of tasks.
* Identify and manage key talents, skills, and competencies of learning program participants, tailoring instruction to meet individual needs and achieve group outcomes.
* Collaborate with instructional design and learning delivery stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
* Coordinate timelines, goals, and objectives for learning delivery components, aligning with business strategies.
* Support training efforts while balancing client, business, and company talent needs, considering people impacts and reactions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Proven facilitation skills, demonstrated through strong participant feedback (satisfaction scores, testimonials, etc.).
* Experience in or supporting sales.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Completion of Virtual Facilitation Academy (vFA).
* Experience as a g2g facilitator or delivery of training programs within the past year.
* Deep knowledge of GCS and LCS sales processes and cycles.
* Ability and desire to train others on effective facilitation techniques.
* Excellent verbal, written, and formal presentation skills.
* Strong training and coaching facilitation skills.
