The Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Professional Development Department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and technical support to the Business Development unit and Leadership and Management specialist unit.
* Contribute to a professional team of administrative support staff, ensuring high-quality administrative practices and arrangements.
* Engage with specialists, associate specialists, and teams to coordinate and provide seamless services to clients.
* Support the delivery of successful events through coordination of room bookings, venue procurement, registration, and cancellations.
* Ensure accurate invoicing and purchasing using relevant systems and procedures.
* Maintain information, produce reports, and track statistics to support departmental work.
Business Development and Client Relationships
* Manage client enquiries and track them using the CRM System.
* Support the Marketing and Promotion Manager in managing administrative systems, processes, and procedures.
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Promotion Manager to plan, schedule, and market departmental services and events.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
Team and Department
* Supervise administrative support staff assigned to the area.
* Train team members on relevant systems and procedures.
* Undertake other duties as required to design and deliver learning and development services.
Requirements
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
* Diploma or professional qualification desirable.
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, email, and the web.
* Experience in an administrative role with responsibility for various processes and procedures.
