Protection Administrator
Provide administration support to a team of financial advisors, assisting customers through the protection process from submission to inception.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance to customers during the protection process
* Data entry and management of client queries
* Pipeline management and general administration duties
* Manage follow-up via phone calls and emails
About You:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* At least 1+ year's experience in an administration role dealing with protection submission and application documents
* Experience with multiple provider submission processes is desirable
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems
Requirements:
* 1+ year's experience in administration
* Protection experience or knowledge
* Customer service background
* MS Office proficiency
* CRM system experience
