At Teamworx, we are partnering with a leading retail group, seeking a dynamic HR & Customer Service Manager to join their team in Limerick. Our client will offer a salary of up to €40,000 DOE plus bonus.

* Permanent, 39-hour contract
* Salary-based job, offering up to €40,000 DOE plus bonus
* Predominantly a Monday to Friday position, with occasional weekend shifts
* Great work-life balance – Start between 8-9 am and finish by 5-6 pm. Shorter weekend hours, with latest finish at 4 pm.
Requirements for this Retail HR Manager Job:
* Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within a retail environment.
* Strong understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and payroll processes.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
* Passionate about customer service and ensuring high standards across all areas of operations.
* Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities for this Retail HR Manager Job:
Human Resources
* Manage all aspects of employee relations, including absence management, timekeeping, grievances, and disciplinary actions, in coordination with the central HR team.
* Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures, while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant HR legislation.
* Lead the recruitment process, from interviews to onboarding, and ensure seamless integration of new hires into the team.
* Oversee HR-related KPIs, ensuring targets are met and the team is well-supported.
* Collaborate closely with the Payroll department to manage site payroll accurately and efficiently.
* Foster a positive and harmonious working environment where colleagues feel engaged, valued, and aligned with company goals.
Customer Service: Checkouts, Reception & Cash Office
* Ensure that customers receive outstanding service at all times, maintaining high standards across all customer-facing areas.
* Implement and maintain an effective process for handling customer complaints and queries, ensuring swift resolution and proper documentation.
* Coordinate checkout operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all transactions.
* Conduct regular audits of the reception and cash office functions to ensure procedures are followed and compliance standards are met.
