We are seeking a NetSuite Trainer & Support Consultant to assist our client with NetSuite user training and ongoing system support. This role requires someone who can visit onsite as needed to provide hands-on training while also offering remote support.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive NetSuite training to end users, ensuring effective system adoption.
* Provide day-to-day NetSuite support, troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows.
* Assist with customization, saved searches, and reporting to enhance system functionality.
* Develop training materials and documentation for future reference.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best practices and efficient system use.
Requirements:
* Experienced in NetSuite administration, training, or consulting.
* Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, and user roles.
* Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
* Comfortable working onsite and remotely in a hybrid environment.
* Previous experience providing NetSuite training and user support preferred.
