Working Model: Fully onsite, Mon-Fri with a ½ day each Friday. Day or Evening Shift

Role Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our client’s team as a full-time CNC Surface Grinder. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing cutting-edge technology and software within their advanced machine shop. In this role, you will be working with alongside a highly skilled CNC Grinder with 25+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate Machining Equipment to precision-machine components according to specifications.
2. Establish efficient grinding process, determine grinding wheel requirements (e.g. wheel type, hardness, dressing cycles, develop setup and operation sheets to efficiently manage operation.
3. Interpret technical drawings accurately, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
4. Fabricate components from a variety of materials with precision and efficiency.
5. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to established protocols.
Requirements:
6. Relevant experience in a similar role.
7. Proficiency in manufacturing components of varying complexity.
8. Sound knowledge of diverse manufacturing processes.
9. Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.
10. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
