Depositary Client Reporting Team Associate 2- 9 Months FTC
Purpose of Role:
Reporting to Senior Associate / Officer in Depositary Client Reporting Team, this position is an opportunity for a suitable candidate to gain exposure to all areas of Depositary Oversight. Previous experience in the industry would be a distinct advantage in addition to strong technical IT skills.
Major Responsibilities:
* Supervision of team members in their review of reports to ensure client reporting prepared is accurate.
* Co-ordinate with local teams for feedback on specific points in the report to deal with queries raised by senior management.
* Understanding the details of the reporting provided to ensure it meets our clients' needs.
* Provision of reporting to clients in a timely and professional manner.
* Provision of letters to clients on ad hoc request.
* Responding to client queries in accordance with department requirements.
Level of Education:
Degree or equivalent.
Skills and Experience:
* A good understanding of the regulatory framework for Funds (UCITS/Non-UCITS/AIFMD) would be an advantage.
* Relevant industry experience (not necessarily within a Trustee/Depositary role).
* Strong Excel/Word skills.
* Experience in reviewing others' work.
Required Competencies:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
* Highly computer literate.
* Skilled communicator, both verbal and written.
* Organised and methodical.
* Team player.
