The Role:
This is a 16-21 hour, permanent Supervisor contract in Golden Island S/C, Athlone, Co. Westmeath.
Must be fully flexible as will be required to work weekdays including evenings and weekends. Immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales by leading and motivating a high-performing team to meet weekly and monthly targets.
2. Promote sales while controlling costs to maximise profitability and achieve optimal gross margin.
3. Maintain up to date knowledge of and adhere to all Company Procedures and Health & Safety Procedures.
4. Uphold company standards in customer service, health & safety, and overall store presentation.
5. Foster a strong team spirit through communication, leadership, and collaboration.
6. Support Store Manager with organising and managing weekly team rotas to ensure adequate coverage within budgeted hours.
7. Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with Company guidelines.
8. Handle customer queries and complaints promptly, escalating to Head Office where necessary.
9. Ensure the effective use of the till system, cash management, and daily store operations.
10. Support recruitment, training, and development of team members to enhance store efficiency and engagement.
11. Maintain high standards of stockroom organisation and overall store safety and hygiene.
