The Role PE Global are recruiting for a Change Management Consultant for our medical device client based in Galway. This is an initial 9-month contract role. Hybrid working options.
This is a temporary or project-based role responsible for providing expertise and support in managing organizational changes within a specific time frame or project.
This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and integration of changes.
Job Responsibilities Collaborate with project teams and key stakeholders to understand the scope and objectives of the change initiative.
Assess the impact of the proposed changes on employees, processes, and systems.
Develop a comprehensive change management plan outlining strategies, activities, and timelines to facilitate smooth transitions.
Identify and analyze key stakeholders affected by the change initiative.
Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to foster support and buy-in for the proposed changes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and timely information about the change initiative.
Develop and implement a communication plan to ensure consistent and transparent messaging throughout the change process.
Create communication materials such as emails, newsletters, presentations, and FAQs.
Coordinate training sessions or workshops to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the changesConduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks, challenges, and areas requiring additional support.
Develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and overcome barriers to change.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with project teams to execute change initiatives according to the change management plan.
Provide ongoing support to employees and managers during the implementation phase, addressing questions and concerns.
Facilitate change-related meetings, workshops, and focus groups as necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of change management activities, including documentation of lessons learned and best practices.
Prepare progress reports and status updates for project stakeholders and senior leadership.
Evaluate and report on the overall success and impact of the change initiative.
Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in change management, preferably as a contractor or consultant.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to adapt to different organizational cultures and effectively navigate through diverse stakeholder groups.
Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor change initiatives within specified timeframes.
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify and address challenges during change implementation.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively as part of a project team.
Proficiency in using change management software, collaboration tools, and other relevant technology platforms.
