Contract: 12+ Month Role
The successful candidate will support the Site Services Team in the Turnover/Commissioning of Projects.
Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct walk-downs with project teams on behalf of site and generate punch-lists as required.
* Manage punch-lists and oversee the close-out of raised punches.
* Review documentation of various systems prior to turnover.
* Liaise with project system owners as needed.
* Assist with commissioning and supporting system integration.
* Ensure safety and quality standards are met, and safe working practices are adhered to.
* Monitor and report on project plan progress, communicate any shortfalls in specific areas, and identify solutions where necessary.
* Provide communication support to project stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
* Educational Qualifications: Electrical Engineering degree (desired but not essential).
* Electrical Trade qualification (QQI Level 6) or Advanced Craft Electrical Certificate/Electrical & Instrumentation Certificate.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering or a related discipline, with project management experience.
* Knowledge/Understanding of site electrical infrastructure, substations, electrical distribution, PLCs, electrical drawings, P&IDs, etc.
* Proficiency in using IT applications, including MS Word and Excel.
* Skills: Drawings, IT Documentation.
