Role Overview:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in delivering the HR Value Proposition, enabling the business to attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will provide expert guidance on leadership coaching, talent development, cultural enhancement, and strategic HR planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership Coaching: Act as a trusted coach to business leaders, supporting their personal performance and organisational effectiveness.
* Talent & Capability Development: Drive the talent pipeline and workforce capability to meet current and future business needs.
* Culture & Change Management: Enhance company culture, improve employee engagement, and manage business change effectively.
* Strategic HR Partnering: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
* Employee Relations & HR Processes: Provide expert ER guidance and support business leaders in executing HR cycles such as performance management and merit processes.
Main Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in HR or a related field.
* 8+ years' experience in an HRBP role.
* Strong experience in leadership coaching, talent development, and cultural transformation.
* Proven ability to manage change and drive strategic HR initiatives.
