* Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, chat, and emails from users.
* Assist sellers in the sales process (account management) and address buyer inquiries.
* Provide customer service – e-mail and phone support to our customers, ensuring a good balance between productivity and quality.
* Liaise with other departments as necessary.
* Identify process improvement opportunities and raise them through the appropriate forum.
* Support customers directly on the ground at major events around the world.
* Perform any other tasks as required.
The Profile
* You speak and write French at a native level and are fluent in English.
* At least 6 months of experience in the IT and tech support industry. Sales skills and experience in Retail are an advantage.
* Basic understanding of computer handling skills and a good learning pace within IT systems; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with strong inter-personal relationship building skills.
* Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties, and tasks; excellent communication skills with the ability to express thoughts clearly and concisely.
