We have an excellent opportunity for a part-time junior waiter for Glovers Alley by Andy McFadden, a high-end restaurant in St Stephen's Green, Dublin.
Main Purpose:
To run food and operate the Stills Room Responsibilities: To act as a link between Kitchen and Front of House, running food to tables as directed by Chef.
To operate the Stills Room, ensuring that the service is faultless including: Plate and cutlery washing and polishing Set up and maintenance of snack plates Turn-around of glassware Stocking and re-stocking mineral water Coffee and tea service Cleaning and upkeep of equipment in
Stills Room:
Glasswasher, coffee machine, Plate-washer, Water Filter System, Water Bottles, Delph, Cutlery, Glassware, Bins.
To set up and clear down Stills Room and Front of House as per daily check-sheets, including maintaining bathrooms FOH and ensuring refuse is properly disposed of at the end of each shift.
An in depth knowledge of all dishes, including snacks and petit fours is mandatory.
