Keegan Quarries Ltd has an immediate requirement for an Accounts Administrator.
The Role:
* Based at our head office in Trammon, Rathmolyon, Co Meath.
* Office Administrator with particular focus on the Accounts Payable function.
* Processing high volumes of supplier invoices, matching with POs and delivery documents.
* Prepare a monthly payment run for approval.
* Resolving supplier queries quickly and efficiently.
* The role requires the candidate to be flexible and support other admin functions within the organisation.
Necessary Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in an accounting admin role.
* Construction experience desired but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Competent and thorough organisational and IT skills.
* The person in this role must be able to multitask, work on their own initiative, and act as a team player.
* Ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure, and adhere to strict deadlines.
