The Role:
* Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and warmth.
* Manage a high volume of telephone calls effectively.
* Coordinate internal meeting room bookings, including catering arrangements.
* Book taxis as needed.
* Notifying/Informing staff of any inbound post/couriers’ packages etc.
* Handle a range of administrative tasks and respond to queries promptly.
* Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
* Arrange travel and accommodation as required.
The Candidate:
* Is highly professional, reliable, and brings energy and focus to their work.
* Thrives in a busy environment, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and remain calm under pressure.
* Is an engaging, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Is organised, proactive, and capable of working independently.
* Has a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role.
* Understands and values the importance of confidentiality in their role.
