Job Title: Human Resources Manager - County Louth
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to provide HR and IR support to our management teams in County Louth, Republic of Ireland.
About the Role:
The key responsibilities of this position include:
* Providing support to HR & Management teams with employee and industrial relations issues
* Managing and administering HR, Payroll, and T&A systems
* Ensuring relevant HR reporting and compliance
* Managing annual reviews and supporting payroll
* Attracting and recruiting talent in line with strategic priorities
* Empowering and developing key talent through identification of potential career paths
* Management of development programs, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
* A minimum of 6/7 years' relevant experience in industry
* A degree or similar qualification in Human Resources/Industrial Relations
* Operational IR and HR experience from a unionized working environment
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive, self-starter with proven employee engagement skills and business acumen
* Experience with HR & Payroll systems, along with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
