Human Resources Generalist
This is a dynamic role that requires the successful candidate to provide HR support assistance to managers and employees across all facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Filing and scanning of HR records into the HR System.
* Managing the new starter process, including inductions, contracts, and work permits.
* Responding to general staff and management HR queries in a sensitive and confidential manner.
* Coordinating recruitment activities as required, including advertising job openings, screening CVs, and arranging interviews.
* Liaising with Payroll to ensure updates are communicated effectively.
Requirements:
* 12 months fixed-term contract initially.
* 37.5 hours per week.
