Customer Service Advisor - Boland Carlow
We wish to recruit a service advisor for our busy motor dealership to be the focal point of contact for our service customers and to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all service enquiries
2. Agree with customers on a date and time for the service/repair to be carried out
3. Discuss the work to be carried out with the customer and, after a vehicle health check, any extra work needed
4. Carry out a handover with the customer after the service/repair, explaining exactly what work has been carried out on their vehicle
5. Liaise with the workshop manager to ensure the optimal flow of work through the workshop
6. Prepare and submit warranty claims, answering any arising queries
7. Provide all necessary reports for both internal and external requirements
The successful candidate will have some experience working in Customer Service, previous service advisor experience, be highly motivated, customer-friendly, and possess good IT and administration skills. A full driver’s license is required for this position.
