We are looking for a Web Experience Lead - Provider & B2B Marketing to join our team.
The Role:
The ResMed Global Marketing team orchestrates campaigns, programs, and experiences for a variety of external audiences. This role, our Web Experience Lead, will be focused primarily on our Provider and HME/DME audience. This role directly supports omnichannel marketing strategists in our Provider Marketing team with optimized web experiences, conversion rate optimization, KPIs and target setting, and more.
This role will identify and champion website opportunities for growth, experimentation and how we measure that impact to the business. You will define the ResMed web strategy for our Provider audience by understanding our users, our products, and our platform. You will be integral in defining our content strategy, competitive analysis, and user research to help us build a thoughtful and strategic HCP and DME online journey. You’ll be responsible for driving innovation roadmaps to increase organic traffic and improve our signup conversion rates and revenue. You will partner within Global Marketing with Provider Marketing, Creative, MOPs, as well as your peers within Digital Marketing. Outside of Marketing, you’ll partner with Product, IT, Revenue, and Privacy teams to deliver comprehensive and integrated website strategies that drive acquisition, educate, engage, and expand our relationships, and improve overall adoption.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Own web experience and roadmap specific to Provider audiences, feature enhancements, component library, UI/UX decisioning with Creative & Product teams, CMS decisioning in partnership with MOPs & IT teams, as well as Privacy and Regulatory considerations.
2. Own website conversion rate optimization strategy, partnering with various teams to drive ongoing improvements to the user experience and acquisition.
3. Develop and execute an end-to-end website customer journey experience, based on enterprise-wide customer personas / segments
4. Develop & execute CRO programs to meet customer growth / ROI targets.
5. Drive performance through constantly testing new strategies (segmentation, messaging, navigation, design, content etc) and building a hypothesis driven test and learn discipline.
6. Partner with Research & Analytics in applying qualitative & quantitative methods with rigorous A/B testing to understand traffic and conversion drivers.
7. Continually make and implement recommendations for optimizing programs, and additional investment in time and money in line with strategic direction.
8. Work cross-functionally with leaders on product, marketing, sales, data science, and insights to unlock new growth opportunities.
9. Own and enhance web KPIs and reporting cadence to drive data-based optimizations and inform stakeholders on overall web performance on monthly and quarterly basis.
10. Constantly monitor traffic, funnel conversion, page performance metrics and ROI to deliver improved performance.
Qualifications:
11. 10+ years of experience in developing integrated B2B and HCP web strategies.
12. Experience generating strategy documentation including personas, user journeys, competitive analysis, content strategy, and information architecture.
13. Ability to identify popular themes and types of content our audience would engage with and align them with the appropriate channels.
14. Familiar with enterprise CMS, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Experience Cloud (or similar enterprise platforms).
15. Familiar with CRM integrations, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud specifically.
16. Familiar with web analytics tools, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (or similar enterprise platforms).
17. Familiar with testing tools, HotJar, Datadog, FullStory (or similar platforms).
18. Experienced in and an advocate for web content strategy, SEO, conversion rate optimization and data-driven marketing.
19. Strong user research skills: planning, leading, and synthesis.
20. Excellent project management and communication skills.
21. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
22. A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
23. Knowledge and interest in new and emerging healthcare technologies.
24. Prior agency-side or in-house agency experience is helpful.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:
$115,000.00 - $173,000.00 US
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
