Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Assistant to contribute to creating and delivering an exceptional customer journey at Lidl.
This is an exciting opportunity for customer-obsessed, high-energy individuals who enjoy learning every day. As a Customer Assistant, you will earn €440+ per week on our standard 30-hour contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Interact with customers in a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner.
* Maintain stock loss controls and ensure all waste is managed correctly.
* Ensure store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
* Follow freshness and rotation principles to maintain product quality.
* Assist in the stock count process and help customers with queries on the shop floor.
Requirements
* A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
* The willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.
* To be responsible and reliable in a fast-paced environment.
* A good team player with previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred.
