VANRATH is assisting a large manufacturing business in Antrim with the search for an Office Administrator on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input customer orders and quotes onto the system promptly and accurately.
* Maintain up-to-date and precise data administration for all customer-related information.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient order processing and timely responses to customer requests.
* Demonstrate a proactive approach to managing tasks and contribute to the overall team workload.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and minimize errors.
* Take initiative to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the order entry or administrative processes.
Essential Criteria:
* At least 1 year of experience within a busy office environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
