We are looking for a highly driven Bus Dev who will be passionate about selling and achieving the number one spot in each of their stores.
Our brand and their range of products is recognisable to all, however the market is competitive, so we need candidates that are driven, self-starters, have a can-do attitude.
The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, daily duties as well as achieving set targets.

Package €30k per annum Bonus Structure in place based on KPIs Lunch allowance of €10 per day Company car or Van Fuel Card & toll tag provided Phone & Tablet Supplied Other expenses receipted Job Requirements: FMCG Industry experience with 3+ years sales/merchandising experience in multiples and impulse grocery retail accounts OR a recent Graduate from a sales and marketing course.
Strong commercial acumen A desire to achieve excellence in execution Accountability for the performance of their territory and an ability to be creative in dealing with problem accounts An ability to continually improve ways of working.
A strong communicator with well developed interpersonal skills to be able to manage both internal and external relationships IT literate with an ability to use handheld reporting technology.
Full clean driving license.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Maintaining a regular call on all specified outlets within the agreed geographical area Improving/maintaining existing client share of space, distribution and displays within these outlets Identifying and maximizing further display opportunities within the outlets and installing secondary items of point of sale material Advising the Field Sales Manager of retail enquiries/requests for major items of display equipment Encouraging the retailer to feature display as many POIs as possible Motivating the retailer to sustain their active co-operation in the display and space/recommendation of client products Encouraging the retailer to widen his distribution of client products Maintaining full and accurate data on Customer data base and daily reports Reporting to the Field Sales Manager in respect of competitor activity, trade trends etc Continuous education of retailers to maintain the recommended client layouts Feedback on Competitor activity Present to retailers on the market data supplied by our client The introduction of offers on a regular basis to the retailers Attending and taking active part in team meetings as required HOURS we operate during general business hours, i.e.
Monday Friday 9-6pm which means no late nights and no weekends!
