Purpose of Role
We are seeking a talented BIM Co-ordinator to work on complex construction projects in our Dublin office. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and resolve issues by working closely with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Use Building Information Modelling (BIM) software to create collaborative 3D models and drawings
* Liaise with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Supervisor
* Input model elements with required detail (graphic and data)
* Monitor and check for clashes, producing weekly clash reports
* Coordinate and monitor incoming/shared models
* Produce images and drawings as required by the Project Manager
* BIM modelling using Revit and AutoCAD
* Coordinate mechanical and electrical elements and asset data
* Produce as-built drawings and models
* Produce Asset Information Models
* BIM delivery on live and tender projects
* Produce AutoCAD mechanical and electrical schematics
* Produce images for reports using BIM renders
* Adhere to the company's Safety Statement and Quality Health and Safety management system
* Experience with point cloud data is advantageous
Requirements
Mechanical / Electrical Trade background is an advantage.
Excellent IT skills - Revit, Navisworks, MS Office etc.
Excellent Communication And Organisation Skills Essential
Minimum of 3 years' experience in BIM/Revit/Navisworks is essential.
Experience In M&E Services Coordination Essential
Ability to work individually and as part of a multi-functional team is essential.
Proven ability to problem solve and resolve coordination issues.
