Job Title: Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive
Location: Hybrid (following training)
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines Insurance Account Executive to join a dynamic sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a competitive salary, monthly commission, and hybrid working options after training.
In this role, you’ll manage client accounts, including renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and queries related to personal lines insurance products. You'll take responsibility for delivering the highest standards of accuracy and customer service while collaborating with teams to meet objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage renewals, MTAs, and client queries efficiently.
* Provide timely and accurate responses to internal and external requests.
* Collaborate with team members to exceed customer expectations.
* Ensure full compliance with industry standards in all processes.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualifications: APA required; CIP preferred (with exams covered).
* Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Knowledge of Relay is an advantage.
* Customer-first attitude and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
