Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee and manage a reception/reservations, concierge team in a busy hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the front office department to ensure seamless guest experiences upon check-in and departure.
* Oversee everyday operations, including front of house management and reservations duties.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience as Front Office Manager is essential.
* Proven track record of managing a reception/reservations team in a 4*/5* hotel environment.
* Commercially and customer-focused with attention to detail.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of the overall hotel management team.
* Proficiency in Office Suite, Opera, or Hotsoft, hotel booking engines, and CRMS.
* Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Package on Offer:
* Competitive salary between €40,000 – €50,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
