Our Client
Our client is a large multinational company headquartered in Dublin. Due to a number of recent acquisitions, they are now looking to hire a Business Analyst to lead optimisation and automation in their Group Finance function.

* Big 4/ Top 10 advisory departments
* Large consultancy firms
* Project management experience beneficial
* Systems migration experience beneficial
Role and Reporting Lines
This role is part of a large team and reports to the lead manager of the Project Management and Automation department. The work will be varying depending on the project and your skillset and desires but can include the following:
* System Development: Support development and implementation of functionality which allows business teams to automate and manage their end-to-end processes.
* Acquisition Integration: Conducting finance operations and systems review for acquisitions, and defining integration strategy.
* Lean Process Management: Promote and support continuous improvement mindset throughout the business by facilitating process review workshops, business project management, execution and benefits analysis, and lean training.
